Mount Grace Priory: Founded in 1398 and closed in 1539 during the dissolution of the monasteries, Mount Grace Priory is the best preserved of the ten Carthusian Charterhouses in England. The 17th Century Manor House and the larger house of 1900-1901 incorporate the ruins of the Guest House.
